We have updated a few of our governing documents and policies to reflect recent legislative and regulatory changes, as well as our new role as a Public Safety Administrative Authority. The updated version of these documents can be found in the “Governing Documents” section on our website.
Please see below which documents were updated.
- Rules for Excavators and Members: sections were modified or added regarding specified locates, fees, and compliance processes
- Administrative Penalty (AP) Policy: a section about AP payments has been added to comply with the Act and APs for specified requests have been added to comply with the regulation
- Dispute Resolution Policy: mostly formatting changes to make the document easier to read
