Updated Governing documents

We have updated a few of our governing documents and policies to reflect recent legislative and regulatory changes, as well as our new role as a Public Safety Administrative Authority. The updated version of these documents can be found in the “Governing Documents” section on our website.

Please see below which documents were updated.

Rules for Excavators and Members: sections were modified or added regarding specified locates, fees, and compliance processes
Administrative Penalty (AP) Policy: a section about AP payments has been added to comply with the Act and APs for specified requests have been added to comply with the regulation
Dispute Resolution Policy: mostly formatting changes to make the document easier to read
