Ontario One Call is preparing to launch a new name and visual identity. On October 1, 2026, Ontario One Call will publicly become Ontario Dig Authority.
This change reflects the evolution of our organization and the role we play in supporting damage prevention across Ontario. While our name and brand are changing, our operations, services, responsibilities, and stakeholder requirements remain unchanged.
Stakeholders should continue to use Ontario One Call services as they do today.

These resources are being provided in advance to give organizations time to prepare. Please do not implement or publish the new branding before the official launch on October 1, 2026.
Beginning October 1, all new materials should use the Ontario Dig Authority brand. Existing social media posts, printed materials, presentations, and other previously published content do not need to be updated or removed. This is not a retroactive rebrand.
During the Asset Transition Period from November 2026 through March 2027, organizations should update active digital assets, such as websites and online resources, and incorporate the new brand into new materials as they are created. Existing printed inventory can continue to be used until it is naturally replaced.
