The Act – This is the foundation of Ontario One Call
Regulation – Administrative Penalties – Gives Ontario One Call the ability to use administrative penalties as one of its industry performance improvement tool – effective May 1, 2024
Regulation – Specified Locates – The time limit for large excavation projects or dig sites is increased to 10 business days – effective May 1, 2024
