Ontario One Call is transitioning to a service-oriented regulator and, pending the Regulation’s approval, will be implementing an Administrative Monetary Penalty (AMP) regime as mandated by the OUINS Act.

More details about the AMP regime will be communicated in January 2023. We want to hear your opinion on the matters related to the Government’s proposed AMP regime regulation. Your input will help inform future decisions of Ontario One Call.
