Ontario One Call Special Members’ Meeting is Fast Approaching – Here’s How to Vote by Proxy

Dear Underground Infrastructure Owner,

Exercise your right to vote and take part in changemaking decisions!

Ontario One Call (OOC) is currently consulting with Members about the organization’s proposed new by-laws and fees. These changes will be voted on at the OOC Annual and Special Members’ Meeting on September 21, 2023.

We encourage everyone to vote either on the day of the Special Meeting or via proxy if unable to attend. Voting by proxy means authorizing the  OOC’s Chair of the Board or a Senior Representative of your organization to vote on behalf of your company.

In line with our current by-laws, only one member of your organization can vote at an AGM or Special Meeting, either via proxy or in person at the Meeting. The proxy must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the Annual and Special Members’ meeting.

Please click here to fill the proxy form for your organization.

For your convenience, we created a video to guide you through the proxy form.

You will be asked different questions based on your appointment of proxy’s choice, as shown below.
