August 20, 2026 – Ontario One Call (OOC) hereby gives notice of an annual meeting of the Members under section 6.02 of By-law No. 1.
This meeting is open to OOC Members and non-members (including the public), but attendance for Members and non-members requires advance registration. Non-member attendees are not entitled to vote at this meeting.
Purpose of meeting:
The Board of OOC approved to recommend the following votes:
- Election of Directors (excluding any appointed by the Minister as per the Act)
- Appointment of Incumbent Auditor KPMG LLP

Please note that the Annual Meeting will be held virtually or in person on October 1, 2026, at 3:30 pm EDT at the Old Mill Hotel, 9 Old Mill Road, Toronto, ON. You must register in advance to attend in person or online.

Please note, Ontario One Call’s Industry Safety Awards will be taking place on October 1, 2026, at 5:30 pm EDT at the Old Mill Hotel, Toronto. If you wish to attend this separate event in addition to attending the Annual Meeting, please use this separate link to register.

EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE – PROXY VOTE – IF NOT PLANNING TO VOTE AT THE MEETING
If you would like to submit a proxy vote for the Annual Meeting, please click here. Members may appoint a person, by means of a proxy, who must be a senior employee of their organization, to act as the Member’s proxyholder, or alternatively, may appoint the Chair of the Board of Ontario One Call. The proxy must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance (September 29, 2026) of the start of the annual meeting.
Please note: Only one member of your organization will be allowed to vote, either via the proxy or in person.
