New Complaint Form for Ontario One Call Services

To better support our stakeholders, Ontario One Call has introduced a new External Complaint Form. This form allows individuals to submit complaints related to Ontario One Call’s service. 

The form is available through the Contact Us section of our website and helps ensure that service-related concerns are received and reviewed by the appropriate team. 

Before You Submit a Complaint 

This form is intended for concerns related specifically to Ontario One Call services. 

If your concern relates to potential non-compliance with the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act, including matters involving infrastructure owners or excavators, such as digging without locates or late locate issues, please use the Compliance Contraventions Complaint Form available on the Compliance and Industry Performance on OntarioOneCall.ca. 

We are committed to reviewing all submissions and addressing complaints in a fair and timely manner.
