We are excited to share Ontario One Call’s digital roadmap, which outlines our current and future initiatives to enhance our service delivery for excavators and underground infrastructure owners (UIOs)This roadmap reflects our commitment to improving your experience and ensuring more efficient processes.

Key projects in our digital roadmap include:

Faster and more efficient locate requests: enhancements that enable excavators to request locates with greater speed and ease, such as sharing locates, portal updates, request management and tracking, and renegotiating locate requests.

Improved locate management for UIOs: tools to better manage locate requests and ensure compliance with regulations, such as portal updates, mapping discovery and analytics, and digital UIO services.

Enhanced data and reporting capabilities: strengthening our systems to provide more comprehensive data and insights.
