Requests will no longer be accepted via the contractor bridge
Requests must now be submitted via the new web portal.

Phone Queue Changes
Mar 5th, 2022

For professional excavators, only Emergency, Deferred Emergency (P0), and Sewer Lateral Requests will be accepted via phone
All other requests must be submitted via the new web portal.
