On Friday January 5, we activated an emergency locate phone line to minimize interruptions to this essential service.
Emergency locates requests can be submitted by calling 1-800-400-2255. Please note: only emergency locate requests are accepted at this time.
We have been responding to a high volume of emergency calls and we thank you for your patience.
Please be advised that, according to Environment Canada, a snowstorm is expected on Tuesday in Ontario and we anticipate potential disruption in our operations. Safety continues to be our top priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
