Members voted in favour of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the organization’s Auditors for the 2025 fiscal year.

Voting Process
Each Member of OOC was entitled to one vote for each of the two items up for approval at this Annual meeting. Members had the ability to provide a proxy form 48 hours before the Annual Meeting or could register for the meeting and vote by ballot.
Weighted voting – Each of the five subcategories of Members (Electrical, Gas/Pipeline, Municipal, Telecom and Cable, and Other) has 20 votes to be allocated on a pro-rated basis based on each sector’s voting. The result of the tabulation from each of the five Member subcategories decided the matters being voted upon.
Voting results are deemed final.
We thank all Members and stakeholders for their continuous support in building a stronger Ontario together.
