Welcome to Ontario One Call’s Tutorial Series. By the end of this video, you’ll know how to log in to the Ontario One Call web portal so that you can submit, locate requests, as well as how to reset your password. Our web portal is the best way to communicate your digging project details to Ontario One Call and the owners of buried pipes and cables responsible for providing you with the locates you require. It’s a quick and safe way to avoid coming into contact with buried infrastructure.

You are required to submit your locate request a minimum of five business days before you plan to dig.
