Service Enhancement Update from Ontario One Call

Dear Stakeholder, 

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and support for you, we are sharing an important organizational update. 

Effective today, April 10, 2026, Ontario One Call’s Member Services team will operate under the name Infrastructure Account Services (IAS). While the name is new, you will continue working with the same team and receiving the same level of support you are accustomed to.

Please use IAS@OntarioOneCall.ca for all communications intended for Member Services going forward. No other email addresses are affected at this time.

The existing MemberServices@OntarioOneCall.ca email address will be retired soon. During the transition period, messages sent to the old address will be forwarded to the new one. This change helps us centralize communication and route requests more efficiently to the right specialists.

To keep our messages from going to your spam or junk folder, please add IAS@OntarioOneCall.ca to your trusted senders list.
