Following a comprehensive search process conducted in partnership with an executive recruitment firm, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Mitch Panciuk is the new President and CEO of Ontario One Call succeeding Mr. Jim Keech, who has led the organization with dedication over the past three years.
Mr. Panciuk brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to public service. He has served as both City Councillor and Mayor of Belleville, where he championed key initiatives in housing, infrastructure, and healthcare recruitment. In addition to his public service, Mitch is a seasoned entrepreneur and currently serves as a Corporate Director with Hydro One.
His extensive governance experience includes serving on multiple boards, notably as previous Chair of Ontario One Call’s Board of Directors. He has also held leadership roles with the Elexicon Board of Directors, the Belleville Chamber of Commerce and the Quinte Economic Development Board, reflecting his deep engagement in community development.
