Live Chat Now Available

At Ontario One Call, we are committed to making your experience smoother, faster, and more responsive. 

We are launching a Live Chat function in two areas: 

  • On our Website (ontarioonecall.ca) – starting today, November 3
  • On our Web Portal (used for locate requests) – starting November 6

This new feature will allow you to connect directly with a Live Customer Support Specialist who can assist with locate requests, answer questions, and help you find the information you need.

This enhancement is part of our ongoing effort to continually improve our system, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. We strive to make every interaction with Ontario One Call as helpful and efficient as possible. 

We believe that better communication leads to better service, and this is one more way we are working to support you.
